Straight feedback. Real confidence. Your credential.
Work with a mentor who has 15+ years in learning and development, who's still actively learning and receiving feedback herself, so she understands what vulnerability in learning looks like. She'll tell you straight up what your strengths are and where your return-on-investment areas lie, so you can build confidence and approach your ICF credentialing milestone with real clarity and focus.
The required individual mentoring component for ICF credentialing:
