Meet Your Mentor - Nicky Rasmin
I am a ICF PCC-certified coach and a leadership team member for ICF Queensland bringing over 20 years of experience in consulting, corporate training, and leadership development. I’ve worked with students at the Life Coaching Academy and early-career professionals across a range of sectors, delivering impactful programs within Higher Education institutions, VET colleges, and the corporate arena.
I am passionate about empowering individuals and teams to thrive by fostering connection, collaboration, and cultures of growth. My work focuses on designing and delivering bespoke training initiatives that address the critical interplay between operational skills and the communication tools needed to build trust and cohesion.
Throughout my career, I have worked alongside learners at many different stages of life—students, career changers, and emerging leaders—and I noticed a recurring challenge: how to bridge the gap between academic study and real-world business application. Too often, courses are designed to deliver foundational knowledge without addressing how to apply those skills in the bigger picture of running a business.
After an influx of questions from learners over the years, and seeing the transformative impact of mentoring and support, I developed the Blueprint for Coaching Success program—a practical, structured approach designed to help early-career coaches and professionals turn learning into confident action with ease.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the program run?
The program runs for 5 months, with four live sessions held each month, except during breaks for Christmas, New Year's, and Easter. The first program in 2026 runs from February to June.
How do I join the group?
The group is a private, invitation-only Facebook group that offers a one-stop shop for all files and resources. Upon confirmation of agreement, you will be sent the link.
When are the sessions?
The weekly live sessions are scheduled for Monday evenings. BONUS 1:1 Coaching Sessions are booked directly with Nicky throughout the week.
What if I have a specific question or challenge?
If you have a specific question or challenge, you can submit it through our online form to request that it be addressed in an upcoming weekly call. Additionally, you’re welcome to raise it during live sessions or post it in the private Facebook group for feedback and support from both the community and me. Additional information will be posted in the group resource library to provide resources on hot topics as required.
What happens if I go on holiday or get sick? Are sessions recorded?
Yes, sessions are recorded and shared in the group resources. Live coaching sessions are excluded unless the client agrees to share the recording.
How will I know I will get the attention to meet my individual career needs?
This is group mentoring, so if you have a question, someone else has the same one! Individual questions can be answered without naming the source of the query (if requested) during the group activity, so you can rest assured your questions will be answered! If you need additional 1:1 support, members can book time with me with a preferred member rate throughout the week.
What are the steps to get started?
Ready to begin? Once you confirm your investment through the links above, you'll receive a straightforward client agreement to sign and return. How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made upfront or are automated as a monthly or weekly subscription (in advance) for the duration of your subscription. The links are above in the “Choose Your Plan” section.
How do I cancel the subscription? Is there a refund policy?
There is a 2-week cooling-off period. If you change your mind within the first two weeks of the program, we offer a full refund. After two weeks in the program, no refund is applicable.
