My purpose is to empower people and organisations through learning, storytelling and insight, helping leaders recognise their strengths, build confidence and lead with intention. I am committed to working in and alongside cultures where people connect, contribute and truly belong.

With over 20 years' experience across leadership development, coaching, learning design and project management, I bring a blend of strategic thinking, creativity and practical execution to every engagement. My background in design and creative production continues to shape how I approach leadership and learning, designing experiences that are engaging, human-centred and grounded in the realities of modern organisational life.

I think of my work as one blueprint with three rooms. The methodology is the same in each one, human skills, communication and presence, but the room you need depends on where you're standing right now.

The Coaching Room
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and President of ICF Queensland, I work with emerging and established coaches to strengthen capability, reflective practice and professional standards. Through Blueprint for Coaching Success and the Coaching Development Lab, I design and deliver programs that deepen coaching presence, communication, ethical practice and applied skill.

The Boardroom
I partner with leaders across SMEs and solopreneur businesses, from emerging leaders through to founders and C-suite, to design and deliver bespoke leadership development and capability-building work that strengthens communication, psychological safety, and day-to-day leadership practice. This work has included Council capability programs and draws on my own background delivering training within healthcare settings. I'm particularly drawn to work that sits in complexity, supporting behaviour change and cultural shift rather than delivering off-the-shelf content.

The Living Room
Leadership doesn't stop at the office door. Through programs like Leadership in the Living Room, I explore how leaders bring the same everyday behaviours, communication, presence and psychological safety home to the people who matter most.

My approach is warm, structured and deeply human. I don't tell people what to do. I help them discover what is true and meaningful for them.

A Creative Lens
Outside my coaching and training work, I am also a visual artist working primarily in printmaking and mixed media. Creativity has always been part of my identity, and it shapes how I design learning experiences with curiosity, experimentation and grounded exploration.
