The CALMER method includes mentoring and training of techniques and skills so you are then able to move forward with the best knowledge to apply to your particular situation.

Parents are the role models that set the culture and connectivity of a family.
My experience with coaching teens is that they feel better when they leave and quickly slip back into their old behaviours as soon as they return to the home and experience the same language, same energy and same situations.
When parents have completed the CALMER program there is often no reason to then consider teen coaching as the family relationships are back on track and able to evolve positively to meet new challenges.

Individual coaching sessions can be face to face from my offices in Benowa on the Gold Coast or via Zoom, with support between sessions on either Messenger or Whats App.
Group sessions are run on Zoom with videos and links stored in the group page on Facebook.

If you sign up for any program and are unable to complete the program then you have the option to postpone the commitment for up to 12 months OR the pro rata remaining amount will be refunded to you.
